Conduct of Members

• Silence is to be observed in the library at all times. Library staff has the right to ask any library member who is causing disturbance to leave the library..

• Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in the library.

• Bags, umbrellas, helmets should be left at the bag shelves. However, the library is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.

• Reservation of seats is not permitted. The library staff will remove books and other articles left on the tables or chairs.

• Members without their Student ID Cards are not allowed to borrow any library materials.

• Members who are not properly attired are not allowed into the library.

• Members are not allowed to remove or change the arrangement of chairs, tables and / or any of the library equipment.

• Members are requested to place the books on the trolley once they have finished reading them in the library. Please do not shelve them yourselves.

• When leaving the library, all members are required to show their books, files and folders (including personal belongings, when required) at the checkpoint.

• Members caught damaging and committing theft of library materials will be sent to the Disciplinary Board for appropriate actions.

• Members found breaking the library rules will have their library privileges suspended.

• The Principal and/or the Librarian may amend the Library Rules and Regulations as and when necessary.

• Library staff may amend the Library Rules and Regulations as and when necessary.
