LIBRARY SERVICES

1. Library Orientation

 

For every new semester, library orientation will be conducted for new students to brief on general library background and its services/facilities.


2. Inter Library Loan

 

Inter Library Loan is available between INTI International University TSAM Library and INTI Associate Campuses Library. Before submitting a request, please ensure that the item is not available in the library and in the university’s subscribed databases. If the item is not available, kindly fill up the ILL eForm at Library website.

3. Document Delivery Services (DDS)

 

This service delivers journal articles and book chapters from participating DDS Libraries. Fees apply to all DDS.

4. WebOPAC Search

 

Web Online Public Access Catalogue is available from the library’s website. It is used for searching library materials.


5. Borrowing and Returning Books

- Borrow
To check out library materials, users are required to present a valid ID card at the circulation desk. Please click borrowing privileges for more details.

- Return
All borrowers are responsible for items checked out under their names until the items have been returned. Returning library materials at the circulation desk and return receipts are available upon request. Book chute service available during library closure only. Please click library opening hours for more details.


6. Library Skills and Informations Skills Session

 

Sessions are conducted by the librarian for new and existing students.

 

7. Online Renewal / Reservation

Renewal and Reservation can be made online through OPAC/WebOPAC.


8. E-prints

INTI Institutional Repository aims to collect and preserve the intellectual product of INTI community and make it available over the Web. This is a digital repository on works written by INTI-IU staff or collaboratively produces with other parties.

 

9. Reference/Help Desk

   

Librarian on duty shall provide the necessary assistance of research support, by providing answers to general queries to guiding on topic selection, searching from databases subscribed by the library, finding and citing sources, and assisting with course assignments. Available on weekdays (10am to 4pm).


9. Ezproxy Login

   

Off Campus Access to Online Databases subscribed by TSAM Library. Please use the BlackBoard credentials to proceed.


9. Social Media and Online Chat

Facebook, Instagram and Chat with a Librarian at Library’s website (during office hours).
